Degree in Forestry Engineering (University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, UTAD), with training in Renewable Energy Sources Management (Catholic University), with certification and experience in training and energy efficiency (AML and ISQ certification) .

Since 1993, it has been active in renewable energy sources (main knowledge in residual biomass), policies and measures for the management of natural resources (ICN, CBE and Aflops) and energy efficiency.

Responsible for the creation (2006), development and management of the Arrábida Energy and Environment Agency, ENA, where she works as a delegate administrator and executive director, she also worked in the areas of energy and environment in the municipalities of Palmela and Loures (2008-2015) .

With experience in promoting renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, she has developed knowledge for the design, implementation and coordination of development and cooperation projects within national and European funding programs, participating as a coordinator and partner in several projects national and European:

It holds competencies in communication strategies and development of sustainability reports (GRI4), managing the process of participation of the Municipality of Palmela in the Pact of Mayors (2009), namely in the evaluation of the implementation of the Plan of Action for Sustainable Energy.

He holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Production and Energy Conservation Systems (both from the University of Beira Interior).

He has been working in the areas of auditing and energy efficiency since 1999, being qualified by the DGEG for audits and energy, planning energy management for large consumers (industry and transport).

It has specialized knowledge on renewable energy sources, especially wind, due to the work it has carried out in the installation of wind farms.

ENA technical director since 2008, with experience in the development of projects / awareness campaigns, studies, training programs in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, energy auditing and sustainable development (adaptation and mitigation actions) and Performance Building Energetic.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering (Lisbon Higher Institute of Engineering), with a postgraduate degree in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency (Institute of Welding and Quality) and a Master's Degree in Energy and Bioenergy (Universidade Nova de Lisboa).

Since 2009, he has worked as a Senior Energy Technician with experience in developing projects / awareness campaigns, studies and training programs in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency (eg: training Standard: ISO 50 001, Energy audits Standard: ISO 50 002, Energy certification of buildings).

He has experience in energy audits and certification of industrial buildings and services, implementation of ISO 50 001 - Energy Management Systems and technical implementation of energy audit and certification projects in social housing, having participated in several national and European projects, highlighting PROMOTION 3E, Yaeci, Know & Act, GEEPMEs, RePECEE, EcoSave, VAGB, Energy Tutors in Schools, Municipal Energy Managers, Certified Light, Edulux, Reflux, Eco Firemen, Certified Light in your Municipality and RIR Schools.

Experience in projects carried out in the following institutions:
- At the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the New University of Lisbon, as a research fellow, where he participated in updating the emissions inventory of the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Region from 2011 to 2014 and the North Region from 2014 to 2018, preparation of the Air Quality Improvement Plan and the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Region for the pollutants PM10 and NO2 particles in the agglomerations of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, preparation of the environmental impact assessment of the Lisbon Metro Expansion Plan (connection of the Yellow and Green lines) and participation in traffic counts.
- At the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of Coimbra University, as research fellow, he participated in the experimental campaign of air quality monitoring (preparation, execution and data analysis), preparation and processing of pollutant concentration data, through the European service Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), elaboration of an application of the emission model at an urban scale, development of an online application, creation and management of the research projects' websites.
- At ENVIRO, as Environment Engineer, where he performed monitoring of environmental parameters, communication with stakeholders (suppliers, partners, customers), monitoring of internal and external audits and participation in recruitment processes.
- At Nemus, as Environment Engineer, he prepared Expressions of Interest, technical proposals, participated in national and international projects (Angola, Honduras, Mozambique) where he developed Environmental Impact Studies, Environmental Management Plan, Resettlement Policy Framework, Meetings with stakeholders and field work.
He has been working at ENA since May 2023 on projects in the area of the environment, namely calculation of emissions, responsible for the follow-up and monitoring of the Sustainable Energy Action Plans of Setúbal and Palmela, Used Cooking Oil Route, Green Libraries, environmental certification Green Seal and responsible for the executive coordination of the environmental education project Maletas da Sustentabilidade with the schools of the ENA municipalities (Palmela, Sesimbra and Setúbal).

Degree in Information Sciences (University of Seville, Spain) and a Master's Degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Market (EOI / ENDESA). She has experience in project management with public funding and institutional communication in strategic areas such as energy, environment and tourism .

Responsible for the creation, development and management of the Energy Agency of the Province of Cadiz (2006) and the development of national and international projects related to energy management (SAVE II, NIMSEC - Intelligent Energy for Europe, Young Eco -Heros - Youth in Action, POWER - INTERREG IVC), as well as training programs and environmental awareness as project coordinator and responsible for communication.

Organization of the Offshore Wind Energy Forum and Sustainable Development in Cadiz (2005).

Coordination of the Covenant of Mayors in the province of Cadiz (initiative in collaboration with local entities to alleviate the effects of climate change) and Energy Optimization and Saving Plans in the province of Cadiz (POEE) and implementation of Municipal Energy Plans (PEM).

In the field of tourism, responsible for communication of the Andalusian government (2015 - 2018), transferring to society and the media the management of the Andalusian government in terms of planning, innovation and tourism promotion.

After more than 15 years of experience in positions of responsibility as head of communication in Spanish public institutions (local, provincial and regional level), he now works at the ENA as European and national communications and project manager.

Master in Electrical Engineering and Computers in the branch of Renewable Energy and Power Systems in 2022, at Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Setúbal - Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal.

Extensive experience as an Engineering Technician in the energy sector with functions of research and survey of infrastructure information, documentation, preparation of AutoCad drawings (P&ID's, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure, Safety, Geo-referencing and general services), preparation of Manuals of operations procedures, monitoring of works / works of external services and specialized teams in the preventive maintenance of the PTs of facilities, works in the area of electricity, work support to the mechanical team, technical management of CCTV systems, visual inspection, diagnosis and reporting and computer hardware & software support.

He has been working at ENA since September 2022 on projects in the area of energy efficiency in buildings and energy audits.
