The National Meeting of Energy and Environment Agencies, a 2017 event on "Territorial Cooperation: Energy and Environment Agencies as promoters of projects with local communities", is the result of the joint organization of RNAE and ENA, Energy Agency and Arrábida Environment, with the support of the Sesimbra City Council.

This event, which will take place on December 6, in Sesimbra, at the João Mota Municipal Cineteatro, has as main objective to discuss and publicize the role of Energy and Environment Agencies in promoting the active participation of the various agents of the community, namely as catalysts development and increased competitiveness through the implementation of territorial cooperation projects, contributing to the sustainability of the regions.

The program will address issues of local and global cooperation in mitigation and adaptation to climate change, participation of Energy and Environment Agencies in Territorial Cooperation Projects and Community Programs that encourage cooperation between local communities, by a very rich range of speakers, some of them from Slovenia and Greece.

Outside the Cineteatro there will be an exhibition and test-drive of electric vehicles and plug-in of various brands, counting on the exhibition presence of ARQUILED, WELLGREEN and QART.
