Training, professional experience and main tasks in the project

Graduated in Electrical Engineering (Lisbon Higher Institute of Engineering), with a postgraduate degree in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency (Institute of Welding and Quality) and a Master's Degree in Energy and Bioenergy (Universidade Nova de Lisboa).

Since 2009, he has worked as a Senior Energy Technician with experience in developing projects / awareness campaigns, studies and training programs in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency (eg: training Standard: ISO 50 001, Energy audits Standard: ISO 50 002, Energy certification of buildings).

He has experience in energy audits and certification of industrial buildings and services, implementation of ISO 50 001 - Energy Management Systems and technical implementation of energy audit and certification projects in social housing, having participated in several national and European projects, highlighting PROMOTION 3E, Yaeci, Know & Act, GEEPMEs, RePECEE, EcoSave, VAGB, Energy Tutors in Schools, Municipal Energy Managers, Certified Light, Edulux, Reflux, Eco Firemen, Certified Light in your Municipality and RIR Schools.

Ricardo is qualified expert in the National System of Energy Certification of Buildings.
